The School for Global Leaders is an Authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle School
What is IB?
- A framework to make sense of our complex world. An IB education crosses disciplinary, cultural, national and geographical boundaries, and champions critical engagement, stimulating ideas and meaningful relationships
Why an IB Program?
- Global Awareness: The IB curriculum also teaches students to be outward-facing and culturally aware, so they are well prepared as global citizens. IB Program is offered by 150 countries globally and recognized by colleges and universities from almost 90 countries. This includes prestigious US universities, such as Harvard, Yale, and Stanford.
- Experiential Learning: IB allows students to learn through experience and take action in the service of others.
- Freedom/Choice: IB students are encouraged to make links between what they learn and follow their own interests.
- Independent Thinking: In the IB classroom all members of the class are encouraged to speak up and voice their opinions.
The School for Global Leaders is an Authorized International Baccalaureate Middle Years programme. Only schools authorized by International Baccalaureate can offer any of its four academic programmes.
