Attention ALL 2018 SENIORS:  Did you know that you can design your Graduation T-Shirt?  Read all about it right HERERequirements:  You MUST have the School's name and "Class of 2018" on it.  You may have Panther Paws, a panther, graduation cap or diploma.  It can be in the school colors or green and gold.


Justin Baez receives $500 Scholarship

On July 11, 2017, Justin Baez and Coach Nowak attended a luncheon for the middle school baseball league.  Justin was a finalist in an essay competition to receive a savings bond and have his essay featured in Metro Baseball magazine. 
He won the top prize and was awarded the $500 savings bondHis essay will be featured in Metro Baseball magazine at the end of July. 
The essay had to answer this question:  “What are some of the ways that the experience of playing baseball in the MSBL has helped to make you a better student, and/or has helped to make you a better person?”
Essays were evaluated by a committee of MSBL Board Members and judged on the basis of originality, fluency, addressing the topic, persuasive appeal, and grammar/spelling/punctuation. 
Congrats Justin!!!
